We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to serve your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

International Customers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

At Snow Armor Pro, we stand behind our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return policy has you covered.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging

Important Exceptions: For safety reasons, AVIP products and custom armor pieces cannot be returned unless defective. All armor products must pass our safety inspection before being eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
