Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Note: For safety reasons, AVIP products and custom armor pieces cannot be returned unless defective. All armor products must pass our safety inspection before being eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our gear specialists will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, ship your return to:

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
